In 1986 Salvador Baulenas Puig, the current manager, founded the company developing its activity basically in the metal sector.
We machine parts from various materials and design and manufacture tooling to meet our customers' needs in all relational phases.
Our machining capacity is both single piece and small and medium series.
In achieving our commitment to quality, we have a professional human team involved, trained and with extensive experience in the sector that configures the true added value of our company.
We optimize the processes adjusting to the client's demand within the established delivery terms and achieving the basic premises that certify the quality of all our goods and services offered.

In the company MECBA, S.A. we develop our activity with more than 30 years of experience in DESIGN, MANUFACTURING AND MACHINING OF PARTS FOR DIFFERENT USES AS MACHINE, AUTOMOTIVE AND TOOLING FIXATION , including our Quality Policy in the strategy of the organization and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and Applicable regulations, environmental protection through our Environmental Policy and safety and occupational health through our Prevention Policy, in accordance with good professional practices, offering a superior value in quality, service and global cost and consolidating the objectives as realities.
In order to guarantee this efficiency and the total SATISFACTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS, we commit ourselves to: • Structure, systematise and make good the objectives and quality criteria, directing the efforts in the continuous improvement through the focus on processes and the management of risks, developing and implementing strategies using the control and analysis of the interested parties, the context of the organization and the monitoring of the measured indicators.
• Ensure the supply of products that comply with their requirements, guaranteeing the agreed delivery times and at a competitive price, adapting to the changing needs of the surroundings.
• Generate a dynamic commitment of Human Resources, fostering an adequate level of technical capacity and promoting the continuous potential development of the team members, ensuring that they are promoters of improvements for the client and opportunities for the group.
• Manage the resources of the organization in order to provide the infrastructure, work environment and the necessary and optimum equipment to achieve the quality objectives.
• Establish defined, documented and updated test methods that guarantee reliable results, linking them to self-control tasks in order to ensure the agreed specifications with maximum reliability.
• Being an involved organization at all levels with the client's business, aligned with its strategy, in a transparent, inclusive and relevant manner, that will fully satisfy their needs and expectations in all relational phases.
The Senior Management provides the necessary human, technical and economic means to comply with this policy and assumes the maximum responsibility continuously working to understand, implement, maintain, develop and improve on a continuous basis and at all levels of the organization a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
This policy remains accessible and available to all interested parties, delegating to the Quality Responsible the coordination and execution of the necessary actions to ensure quality.

Respect for the environment is a commitment shared by the entire organization. The policy of MECBA, S.A. Its main objective is to establish an environmental protection strategy that goes beyond the legal requirements applicable to each sector of activity.
As basic principles that guide our actions, to this end, we commit ourselves to: • Comply with current legislation on the environment, adapting our activity to the legal framework and applicable regulations and knowing current and future legal obligations, keeping up to date with a management system appropriate to the nature, magnitude and environmental impact of activities. , products and services we offer.
• Improve the environmental performance of the organization's activities, minimizing the generation of waste whenever possible, as well as using natural resources, raw materials and energy in a sustainable and efficient manner and correctly and effectively treating the waste produced.
• Manage possible risks detected in environmental matters to anticipate events and prevent possible accidents that may affect the environment, minimizing any polluting emission, if any, and reviewing and controlling compliance with the policy established for this purpose.

The fact of being a private company allows us the free selection of external suppliers and the will of our organization to be able to access the best services and products, where quality stands out at competitive prices and the involvement towards corporate social responsibility.
SEARCH AND SELECTION OF NEW EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS
The professionals in charge of searching for new external suppliers will present the proposals collected to the manager without any favoritism, only thinking of the overall interest of the organization and its interested parties.
When selecting the external supplier, work with at least two or three proposals. Once the external supplier has been approved, it is presented to the team and enters an acceptance period in order to validate its quality and be approved in our register.
The initial selection criteria of our external suppliers are mainly based on 4 aspects: • Quality in relation to the price.
• Delivery times.
• Proximity.
• Corporate social responsibility.
CONTROL AND MONITORING OF APPROVED EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS
External suppliers whose products or services are intended to be incorporated into the same products or services of the company and when they have a direct impact on the quality of our goods or services supplied are periodically evaluated, also those whose products or services may affect the quality commitments made with our customers or directly affect our production schedule.
The criteria for control and monitoring of the development of our external suppliers consists of a biannual assessment of compliance with delivery deadlines, compliance with order requirements and related non-conformities as well as any other incidents detected.
The aim of this policy is to guarantee objectivity, information and transparency towards the external supplier and is aimed at complying with our values within the organisation.
