In the company MECBA, S.A. we develop our activity with more than 30 years of experience in
DESIGN, MANUFACTURING AND MACHINING OF PARTS FOR DIFFERENT USES AS MACHINE, AUTOMOTIVE AND TOOLING FIXATION
, including our Quality Policy in the strategy of the organization and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and Applicable regulations, environmental protection through our Environmental Policy and safety and occupational health through our Prevention Policy, in accordance with good professional practices, offering a superior value in quality, service and global cost and consolidating the objectives as realities.
In order to guarantee this efficiency and the total SATISFACTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS, we commit ourselves to:
• Structure, systematise and make good the objectives and quality criteria, directing the efforts in the continuous improvement through the focus on processes and the management of risks, developing and implementing strategies using the control and analysis of the interested parties, the context of the organization and the monitoring of the measured indicators.
• Ensure the supply of products that comply with their requirements, guaranteeing the agreed delivery times and at a competitive price, adapting to the changing needs of the surroundings.
• Generate a dynamic commitment of Human Resources, fostering an adequate level of technical capacity and promoting the continuous potential development of the team members, ensuring that they are promoters of improvements for the client and opportunities for the group.
• Manage the resources of the organization in order to provide the infrastructure, work environment and the necessary and optimum equipment to achieve the quality objectives.
• Establish defined, documented and updated test methods that guarantee reliable results, linking them to self-control tasks in order to ensure the agreed specifications with maximum reliability.
• Being an involved organization at all levels with the client's business, aligned with its strategy, in a transparent, inclusive and relevant manner, that will fully satisfy their needs and expectations in all relational phases.
The Senior Management provides the necessary human, technical and economic means to comply with this policy and assumes the maximum responsibility continuously working to understand, implement, maintain, develop and improve on a continuous basis and at all levels of the organization a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
This policy remains accessible and available to all interested parties, delegating to the Quality Responsible the coordination and execution of the necessary actions to ensure quality.
